RUI PAULO JINÓ MORENO, born in Cascais, Portugal, on the 20th of June 1961. Married with Isabel Maria Pedro Jorge. One daughter, Maria João, born in 1990 and one son, Rui Paulo, born on 2001.
Grade in Medicine by the Faculdade de Ciências Médicas of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa in 31 of July, 1985.
Resident in Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Gynecology and Obstetrics and Public Health in the Hospital Distrital de Cascais in 1986-1987.
Registar in Internal Medicine in the Hospitais Civis de Lisboa, Hospital de Santo António dos Capuchos in 1988-1992. This period included education and training in infectious diseases (6 months) and Intensive Care Medicine (11 months).
Speciality certification in Internal Medicine in January 1993. Member of the Portuguese Board of Internal Medicine since September 1993.
Consultant in Internal Medicine [Assistente Hospitalar de Medicina Interna] in the Hospitais Civis de Lisboa, Hospital de Santo António dos Capuchos since 1994.
